Rockabilly Country Band

Together they play MUSIC that makes an ordinary "band member" stop and take notice. They've played all over the United States and the world. With stars like Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, George Jones and so many of the Greats.

They've played on records that have covered the entire continent, played for Presidents, Carnegie Hall and hold a spot in the Rock-a-billy Hall Of Fame.

They are flexible enough to work as a "three-piece" group with Piano, Bass and Drums or can come with 5 or 6 pieces. It's usually based on your "budget" !!!

Please be sure to listen to the "Track samplers" take a look at the video and see for yourself what a great entertainment package this would make for your special occasion !!!

J. T. Morgan, sings and plays bass guitar and was born in Tupelo, Mississippi. He started singing with his father in a gospel quartet at the age of four and continued singing with them into his teen years. He soon joined Dickie Lee and performed with him during his high school years.

Later forming his own band called "JT and the Rebels" and they performed all over the Mid-South. With all his talent and experience, JT played bass for such famous like Charlie Rich, Ace Cannon and Jerry Lee Lewis who is now his neighbor.

Jerry Lee "Smoochy" Smith, plays the piano, sings and is quite a funny guy. He holds the title of being the first "Rock-a-billy" piano players in Memphis. He was the staff piano player for Sun Records "the famous recording studio that Elvis and Jerry Lee recorded"!

Smoochy was an original member of the Mar-Keys and played on their monster hit "Last Night" a song that he co-wrote. This talented genius has played all over the world and has been inducted into the Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame in Jackson, Tennessee.

C. W. Gatlin, sings also and plays a mean guitar. He's also a product of the south, born in Tupelo, Mississippi and has music in his veins. His Mother, Aunt and Uncle played music and CW was playing guitar all his life starting at a very early age.

He was taught by some of the best and his roots are in Rock-A-Billy Country and Blues.

CW's goal is to keep rockin' and play with the best musicians like the Country Rock-A-Billy Band. CW was also inducted into the Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame as the top lead guitarist.

W.S. "Fluke" Holland is widely known as the "Father Of Drums"! He began his musical career in Memphis, Tennessee in 1954 at the famous Sun Records as a drummer for Carl Perkins who wrote and recorded his number one record "Blue-Suede Shoes".

He toured with Carl and other Sun artists such as Elvis, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash and became part of the Tennessee Three. WS then played on all of Cash's great hits including "Folsom Prison Blues", "I Walk The Line" and "Ring Of Fire".

Fluke was the first drummer to play on the Grand Ol' Opry with a full set of drums, he was with the first country act to play Carnegie Hall and has played at the White House for four different Presidents. He remained with Johnny Cash as his drummer and road manager until 1997 when Johnny retired due to illness.

WS was inducted also into the Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame and is still very active in the music business.

J. T. Morgan also is available as a single ACT with tracks and Karaoke.
